A great FTC HR/People Advisor opportunity within an Educational setting.
You will be joining the HR team on a 10 month FTC basis as an HR People Advisor.
In this role you will be responsible for giving first line expert people advice, guidance and administrative support in regard to maternity, paternity and shared parental leave in accordance with current processes and policies, ensure all compliance is met for international appointees, work closely alongside the People Operations Team Leader to organise and attend retrospective meetings.
You will have access to a wide range of confidential and sensitive information and issue, good judgement and sensitive communication skills are vital.
Ideally you should be Level 3 CIPD qualified, with a sound knowledge of family leave and have also had experience within issuing sponsorships and looking after UKVI compliance.
