An international Charity based in Woking. Due to increased workloads in a developing team, an Interim HR Coordinator is required for an initial period of 6 months, with potential for extension. There is scope to work in a hybrid capacity.
Your new role
Working as part of the Operational HR Team, you will be responsible for providing a first class, responsive and accurate HR service to the wider organisation both in the UK and internationally.
This role supports throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and commencement to leaver processes.
Amongst your accountabilities you will represent the first point of contact for day to day queries, carrying the brand values as part of your service. You will prepare and process contract documentation, right to work checks and first day preparations, update the people data system with starters and leavers and information changes, give HR system insights to hiring managers, maintain HR data trackers and reports, update intranet documentation and ensure GDPR compliance across all data points.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a fast paced, functional HR Service. Good operational HR knowledge. Effective data management experience with a focus on integrity and discretion.
