HR Business Partner / Temporary Resourcing Partner

Seeking an HR Business Partner or Resourcing Business Partner with experience of the NHS to work in Hampshire


We are seeking either an experienced HR Business Partner or Recruitment/Temporary Staffing Lead with NHS experience to join a strategic workforce programme team in Hampshire.

You will be working as part of a strategic HR/OD team undertaking a project to review temporary staffing and agency spend across the NHS organisations in the Hampshire area.

You will engage with NHS Trusts resourcing and HR Functions to review evaluate temporary resourcing usage across all areas of recruitment but with a focus on Nursing, Medical, Doctor and clinical recruitment.

You will be working with an HR Analyst to review key data and information about rates, suppliers on and off frameworks.. You will support the NHS Trusts with reviewing options and methods of reducing spend and work in collaboration with HR and Resourcing teams to support reliance on agency usage and spend. You will also work alongside other specialists supporting the trusts with a coordinated approach on absence management and permanent recruitment.

Candidates

• We are seeking either an HR Business Partner with experiences across temporary staffing/resourcing within the NHS or an experienced Temporary Staffing/Resourcing Specialist lead who has the experience and background to influence regional NHS organisations HR and Temporary staffing teams.
• You will have the gravitas and experience to influence, support and drive forward best practices
• We are looking for experience of resourcing/temporary staffing within the NHS and Ideally someone who has a track record of reducing spend

This role is offered on an initial 6 months contract basis working on a Remote working but some potential for site visits in Hampshire
