HR Generalist

HR Generalist Huddersfield £35-45k


This is a hands on, operational role, you will be joining an expanding team providing first class end to end HR support to the business.

Working closely with Heads of Department to understand their needs and challenges, you will deliver HR initiatives and interventions to meet the needs of the business.

Other duties will include:

• Heading the recruitment process for senior staff
• Data management and reporting
• Coaching, developing, and supporting line management to develop their people management skills
• Providing advice to employees and the management team in line with HR policies and procedures
• Dealing with all aspects of operational HR
• Handling employee relation issues

Key Skills and Experience:

• Multi-site experience from professional service organisations (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• Approachable and confident
• Ability to see the bigger picture and offer pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice
• Proficient IT and HR system skills
• Ability to work autonomously, with support from the HR Manager
• Full Driving Licence and own transport
