Oakleaf Partnerships are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Officer on behalf of our client who are a Community Care Provider based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This is a Full Time, Permanent position based in their offices in Tamworth.

Job role:

The Successful candidate will be working closely with the HR Manager on a range of HR related projects and manage day-to-day general HR issues alongside the wider team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the ongoing implementation and day to day management of the new HR and Payroll system
  • Reviewing and updating employment policies, contracts of employment and other related documents
  • Working with the team on TUPE transfers and ensuring all appropriate employee data is recorded on Radis' systems
  • Working with the HR Manager on annual pay reviews
  • Helping to develop and implement several projects improving the employee experience
  • Managing employee relations cases on a range of issues
  • Providing advice and support to Managers and coaching them to resolve staff issues

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Previous experience working in a busy HR department in a similar role.
  • Level 5/7 CIPD Qualified
  • Understanding of HR Processes and an up-to-date knowledge of current employment law.
  • Self-motivated individual who is conscientious and proactive.
  • Must have access to a car for business use, overnight stays may be required.

This role comes with a starting salary of between £30,500 and £33,000 per annum + other company benefits.
