Exciting 6 month contract with possibility to extend - HR Training Assistant

Your new company
Hays Human Resources are delighted to be partnering with a forward thinking and innovative heavy manufacturing organisation located in Immingham in their recruitment of a HR Training Assistant. This exciting role is available due to a period of sustained growth and they are delighted to be able to expand their HR team further due to this. Although this role is only initially a 6 month FTC, there is a strong possibility that this could be extended further or even become permanent for the right candidate but this cannot be guaranteed.

This vacancy is full time, 37.5 hours per week. This client offers flexible working options.

Your new role
Reporting into the Hr Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing full training administration support to the wider business. This includes but is not limited to:

- Book external training courses and arrange necessary logistics
- Provide a link between external training providers and attendees
- Co-ordinate training invoicing and payments
- Maintain up to date training and competence records and provide reports where required.
- Assist with the administration of training documentation.
- Assist in the inputting, administration and audit the Competence Assurance System and provide monthly reports.
- Assist the HR Business Partner T&C in the development and customisation of the Learning Management System.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be personable, professional with a positive, can-do attitude. They will be a proficient user of Microsoft Applications and will ideally have a working knowledge of SAP. You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be highly organised to fulfil the requirements of this role to strict timelines.
