People Development Partner - London (Chiswick)

Remote - travel to offices 1-3 times per month

£55,000-60,000 per annum

With 7,000 global employees, this is a newly created role dedicated to providing strategic and operational insight, knowledge and expertise across people development.

The people development Partner will work closely with the relevant People Director/s, Senior People Business Partners and senior stakeholders to identify development needs and provide innovative, impactful solutions.

Role overview:

Ensure the business approach to People development is embedded and effective within the dedicated business streams. Working closely with the Head of People Development Partnering to built strategically critical capabilities.

Your remit:

  • Act as strategic People Development partner to the People Directors, Senior People Business Partners and business leadership teams
  • Engage deeply with the business area, seeking to understand their strategic imperatives and business drivers, drawing from this a Stream/Function PD strategy
  • Develop relevant capability frameworks, career maps, career development support as required
  • Facilitate individual, team and group development as required using blended and innovate techniques (Coaching, Team Builds, Psychometrics, Training etc)
  • Support talent activity within business area/s, track meaningful Talent KPIs and work with People Business Partners to address talent and succession risks
  • Help devise accelerated development activity for critical talent, talent pipelines a critical position successor's

About you:

  • Comprehensive experience of stakeholder management in either a Business Partnering or Learning and Development capacity
  • Familiarity with LMS, MI Reporting and development needs analysis from entry - senior level
  • Experience working in an international business, with employees across either EMEA, APAC OR Americas
  • A true team player, that can act as subject matter expert to wider business and contribute value to future strategies
  • Client centric, Agile & Collaborative mindset
