I am working with a wonderful charity who are looking for a HR Projects Manager to deliver on key change projects over the course of the next 12 months.

This is perfect for an experienced interim project manager who has delivered change programmes succesfully. This would be great for someone who is able to hit the ground running who wants to join a great team but is able to challenge any resistance that may naturally come with change.

Key deliverables;

  • Develop, manage and evaluate a project plan across the project lifecycle
  • Co-ordinate project milestones
  • Produce regular reports on project progress and outcomes
  • Manage identified risk factors
  • Build and lead virtual teams; co-ordinate and chair meetings
  • Work with stakeholders to develop a communications plan that enables appropriate and consistent messaging about the new operating model.
  • Identify and help manage any resistance to change
  • Support development of relevant communications
