Description
A Senior HR Advisor to:
- Support in the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service.
- Lead on operational activities such as: employee relations, reporting and learning and development.
- Support the Director with the implementation of a new integrated HR system.
- Take a business partnering approach when supporting managers.
- Support on organisational change.
- Review and update HR Policies and processes.
- Manage employee relation casework, providing coaching and support to managers.

A Senior HR Advisor with:
- A strong generalist HR background
- Experience of managing projects and making process improvements
- Confidence in their ability
- A team player and collaborative mindset
Job Offer
Senior HR Advisor - 6 month FTC with a view to go permanent
