You will be working for a large public sector organisation who are looking for a HR Services Manager to join their team through a period of success.
Your new role
The People Services Manager role will be responsible for leading and managing a team to drive a centre of excellence culture through the delivery of an effective and efficient HR Service. With a key focus on all people related processes, 'right first time' administration, management of data integrity, engaging on boarding processes, in line with agreed SLA's and legal and compliance frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
- The ideal candidate for this role is knowledgeable about HR, highly organised, tech savvy and data driven. They have strong customer service and process improvement skills. They also possess a leadership skillset, with the ability to coach and give immediate feedback, as well as develop their teams.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation, policy application and compliance with data protection regulations, combined with experience of practical application in the workplace.
- Experience operating at a senior level to driving customer service within agreed SLAs in an HR environment.
- Leadership skills - including the ability to successfully line manage a large complex team including strong ability to coach and develop others in a variety of HR disciplines
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £45,000, other benefits include up to 10% pension contribution, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), Birthday off and on site parking. This role is Hybrid based in Stafford and you will be required to be on site 2/3 days per week.
