Job Details
Our client is looking for a HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC for project cover. The cover you are providing is for project work and you will be joining a strong supportive team.
Client Details
The client is leading in their industry and is looking for an experienced HR Business partner (HR Senior Advisor) to join their team for six months FTC.
Description
This is a strategic role to implement corporate policy and procedures, supporting the organisation and employee development and resolve all ER cases.
- You will be responsible for all ER cases
- Advise and guide management on all HR issues
- Trade union negotiation
- Manage escalations received from the HR Operations Centres and special projects as assigned.
- Keep communications open with the respective HR Business Partner
Profile
Our client is looking for a candidate
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or a similar field
- 5 year's experience in a similar level role or HR Generalist / Manager
- Proven experience in high level employee relations matters
- Leadership experience
- Enjoys coaching, guiding and reviewing lower-level professionals
- Able to build strong relationships
