Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team, your role will be to deliver a high quality HR business partnering service to the business. Working with and supporting managers on all aspects of people resource planning, development and management. You will also support with ER case work and deliver projects in line with the wider people plan.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Business Partner who has a track record of supporting managers through the full employee lifecycle. In addition to this you will need strong ER skills, as whilst there isn't high volumes of ER casework, it tends to be more complex and require through investigation.
