Senior Organisational Development Manager
A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior Organisational Development Manager to join their expanding learning & development team. The Senior Organisational Development Manager will be responsible for developing levels of capability for Senior Associates through to Partner across the firm. You will also be responsible for the delivery of a Future Leaders Programme and associate talent development pipeline that ensures the firm is able to achieve its strategic aims in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design and implement development initiatives that identify talent and provide the necessary support for development of a Future Leader of the Firm.
- Providing guidance on the identification and development of resources to optimise efficiency and enhance the Firm's talent management capability.
- Align talent development to the Firm's competency models
- Ensure talent development processed are linked to selection, development and retention processes
- Perform Organisational diagnostics and associated reporting in line with capacity and capability planning
- Development and delivery of organisational development programmes and interventions
- Further develop competency models that deliver on skills required across the organisation
- Provide facilitated career planning pathways, working closely with the HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Team
- Creation of assessment centres, ensuring they are objective and inclusive
- Develop three levels of capability assessments able to identify emerging talent, with the aim of fast-tracking high potential lawyers through promotion processes
- Creating a suite of reporting which assesses, tracks and supports individuals' development
- Work closely with the Programme Manager to develop solutions that address development needs
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Proven experience (5 years+) in organisational / capability development including the creation and optimisation of talent management processes
- Working in a multi stakeholder environment (professional services an advantage)
- Ability to analyse organisational people capability to deliver against the Firm's objectives
- Experience of developing assessment centres and using psychometrics and other behavioural sciences to assist in the identification of emerging talent
- Understanding of competency frameworks
