I am proud to be working with a rapidly growing BioTech organisation in south Cambridgeshire who are seeking to appoint an HR Administrator to support the organisation's growth after securing another round of investment.
Your new role
As the HR Administrator, reporting into the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and inductions, offer letters and contracts, updating HRIS and databases, maintain HR inbox.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will have gained experience in a similar HR role and possess strong working knowledge of HR processes and policies and have used HRIS and be proficient in MS Office. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, and possess excellent organisational skills, with ability to prioritise a competing workload.
What you'll get in return
