HR Advisor for growing tech start-up in Cambridge, £35,000 + great benefits, permanent, hybrid role

I am proud to be working with a growing tech start-up in Cambridge who are seeking an HR Advisor to support their small and busy team.
Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will be reporting into the HR Director, and be heavily involved in owning and managing the day-to-day operational HR, including sickness, absence, family leave, as well as redundancies and the leaver process.
You will take ownership of recruitment and benefits administration as well as proactively creating and maintaining policies. You will also be supporting, guiding and coaching line managers, as well as being the first point of contact for people-related queries.
You will also be maintaining the HRIS and input payroll data.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate you will have some HR experience gained in a similar role. You will be a strong administrator with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will be confident enough to hold your own and have demonstrated ability to work autonomously and work on your own initiative.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 + great benefits including stock options, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, private medical insurance. This is a flexible and hybrid role with the need to be in the central Cambridge office 1 or 2 days a week. There is also free parking on-site.
