The HR Advisor will working along side a 3 Party HR Service to streamline contracts, handbooks and documentation for the Retail Organisation. All documentation will need to consistent on style and wording to represent the culture, and best practice of the business.
The successful HR Advisor will have;
- Experience in writing and producing contracts and documentation
- CIPD Qualification - Disable
- Working knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Computer literate
- Skilled on working on own initiative
The HR Advisor will be offered;
- £35,000 - £40,000 salary depending on experience
- Full time or part time hours
- Contract role to complete project
