As Talent Acquisition Coordinator will supports the team with administration tasks, process improvements and candidate experience to ensure that all candidates, regardless of outcome have a consistent, fair and enjoyable experience.

Page Personnel are prep resenting a National Health care Organisation based in Solihull.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator are to;

  • Upload pre-written and approved adverts to external careers sites
  • Maintain changes / amendments / closures of job adverts
  • Weekly send list of current vacancies to agencies on the PSL
  • Schedule posts and content on LinkedIn and Social Media channels for specific roles
  • Work towards screening candidates dependent on confidence
  • Organise and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers utilising scheduling assistant / direct correspondence
  • Management of the Careers inbox and answering queries / forwarding to the relevant TA Specialist

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator will have;

  • Strong administration and customer service skills
  • Continuous improvement approach with root cause permanent fix approach

  • Team player and customer focus

  • Strong verbal & written communication/presentation skills
  • Strong Excel skills

Job Offer

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be offered;

  • Salary ranging from £22,000 - £26,000 DOE
  • Hybrid working

  • 9 month FTC - potential to extend and go permanent
