- Minute taking of meetings
- Reference requests
- Managing the HR inbox - being the first point of contact for all queries
- Monitor staff holidays
- Providing training to staff on HR affairs
- Administration/office experience ideally in HR
- CIPD level 3 desirable
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft word and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
