Birmingham
Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office with some flexibility when needed

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are seeking a Talent and Learning Manager to join a well-known transportation business in the heart of Birmingham. This is a permanent opportunity and will look after the learning agenda for the entire business. The Talent & Learning Manager reports directly to the Head of Talent and Learning, the role is looking for a L&D professional who can design and deliver engaging learning content that address individual business needs. The Talent and Learning Manager will be passionate about learning and development and up to date with key digital trends.

Duties:
  • Design, commission and deliver the core learning offer - from mandatory training through to leadership development- both internally and with suppliers
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of learning programmes and solutions utilising both internal and external resources
  • Collect, analyse and maintain data to inform learning and development needs analysis including take up and satisfaction from the learning and development programmes and solutions offered
  • Project manage specific learning and development projects to meet agreed organisation and/ or Directorate needs
  • Work with the Head of Talent & Development to build line manager capability through.out the organisation with specific L&D interventions aimed at improving people management, team culture and effectiveness within the business
  • Support the Head of Talent & Development in creating and delivering leadership programmes
