Oakleaf Partnership are excited to be supporting an Executive Search firm on their hunt to find an internal Recruiter (stand-alone). This is an opportunity for someone to grow as a professional in this area alongside the business, which is growing rapidly. This would be the first solely recruitment role in the company, so it would mean that the person placed into this role would have large influence and increase in seniority as the TA team grows. In summary, this is a great opportunity for someone wanting to improve their skills and have a clear progression path, whilst being supported by a fantastic company. Responsibibilities:

- Lead the recruitment on all internal hires (mainly recruitment consultants)

- Be strategic, creative and effective when sourcing.

- Be open to building a team as the company grows and you progress as an employee.

- Conduct at least one interview stage for each succesful applicant.

- Work closely with the HR team, resolving issues with the hiring process that may be identified.

Requirements:

- More than 18 months recruitment experience (preferably hiring recruitment consultants).

- This person should be dynamic, positive, well educated and organised.

- This person must be open to going into the office more than not (preferably 4 days a week).
