A commercially focused UK charity is currently recruiting for a couple of Senior HR Advisors.
Permanent roles, can be remote anywhere in the UK
This is to join a proactive environment, where you will report directly into a HR Business Partner.
All interviews will be conducted via MS Teams
This will pay between £35.000 - £38.000 + benefits.
Develop robust relationships with senior stakeholders to influence, challenge and support service delivery and people strategies, establishing credibility as an expert in operational HR, supported by a knowledgeable team
Provide advice and guidance on Employment Relations issues
Maintain an excellent employee relations climate by establishing and maintaining trustworthy relationships with managers, employees and Trade Union representatives. .
Provide employment advice and procedural guidance in relation to Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) situations.
Provide high quality HR generalist coaching and advisory services to employees and business leaders
Skills and Experience
You will be a strong HR generalist
Strong experience of employee relations and case management
Up to date UK employment law and legislation
Recent experience of working in a large, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities and a CIPD qualification or studying towards it.
Relevant UK experience is essential
