Oakleaf North are excited to be partnered with a European retail organisation in seeking their new People Business Partner (HRBP) to join the offices in Bolton. This is a permanent People Business Partner role supporting business operations and sales client groups with strategic HR, supporting the business lines with development, people growth, improvement, and learning. An incredible opportunity for somebody who is strong with both strageic and transactional HR and who is comfortable to influence and educate stakeholders. The role will suit somebody who is resilient, enjoys working in a fast paced environment and who wants to be part of providing a value add service to the business.
This role will:
- Build strong working relationships across the management teams working collaboratively to enable a strength based, high performance culture
- Enable line manager development, through formal & informal learning and commercially focused support and problem solving that generates their self-confidence and progression
- Support Managers to deliver best in class resourcing and on-boarding, ensuring the experience of joining puts new employees and the customer at the heart of everything we do.
- Use employee engagement metrics and reporting to help Managers to identify issues and actions for continuous improvement
This role will be hybrid working, three days in the Bolton office and two days from home. Working in collaboration across operational management teams, you will use your broad experience to provide effective, value-adding people business partnering along with driving continuous improvement. Developing and delivering people initiatives aligned to strategic business priorities, operational needs, and functional direction, creating a best-in-class experience.
Salary up to £55.000.
