Our clients are often looking for HR Admin - temps to join their Human Resources and Personnel team in Guildford.

Description

Typical duties for an HR Admin - temp would be the following:

  • Dealing with all administration of new joiners, from preparation of offer documentation to first day meet and greet and inductions
  • Support with the monthly payroll running and providing cover for absence
  • Dealing with all administration in respect of employees of the Firm
  • Updating data
  • Dealing with queries which come into the HR Inbox and providing a good customer service
  • Creating and updating workflows on Cascade
  • Running reports and queries and providing statistical information
  • Reconciling holiday, sickness and ad hoc leave records
  • Administration of some of the benefit schemes
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Booking training sessions
  • Supporting the HR Team with ad hoc tasks
