We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator for one of the top Entertainment brands within the UK. This market leader is looking for a standout HR Co-ordinator to join their head office team in Chiswick, West London. The role offers a flexible work structure, hybrid working 3 days a week in the office. This is a chance for an HR coordinator to take their existing skillset and develop it at an incredible company that offers progression.

The duties of the role:
* You will be managing the shared inbox with all incoming employee queries
* Onboarding and offboarding
* Diary management for interviews and probation meetings
* Maintaing a correct database
* Uploading employees HR files
* Setting up training courses
* General HR Admin for Hr Manager and HR BPs
* Update org charts as and when employees join and leave the business
* Triage the HR inbox
* General HR duties
