The purpose of this role is to work within the HR Shared Service function, assisting with transactional and advisory support.

Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator in West Drayton will be:
- New starter process management -offer/contract. Issuing of security passes, LMS and Medical questionnaire set up
- External Reference requests - Visa, Employment, Tenancy and Mortgage references
- Leavers - Termination on the system and acknowledgement letter
- Changes - Start date changes, Change of hours, Line managers, Job title changes, Grade changes, Org chart changes
- Ad hoc letters for HRBP/Advisors
- Right To Work
- Ad hoc support of ER cases
- Supporting other office sites with above tasks
Profile
The successful HR Coordinator in West Drayton will have:
- Previous HR administration experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Service Delivery
