Our Education client is recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis at their site in Brighton.
Your new role
Reporting into the Deputy HR Director, you will provide a proactive, professional and solutions-focussed business partnering support too client group in support of the aspects of the company strategic and operational plans in area of expertise.
You will also be responsible for the following:
- Client group support
- Policy development
- Project work
- Team working
- Problem identification and resolution
- Change management
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must be level 7 CIPD qualified with experience has a HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or HR Manager with updated knowledge of employment law and best practice, and experience of providing robust and pragmatic advice to managers within those parameters.
