Your new role

The Recruitment Partner will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost-efficient service is delivered and that all business opportunities both contracted and new are optimised for mutual benefit. You will be accountable for ensuring that an appropriate demand plan exists for the business as well as taking responsibility for collaborating with HSR Consultants and external agencies to deliver an appropriate sourcing and attraction strategy. A key aspect of this role is that you will be accountable for working with the client to ensure full understanding of the role, consulting on the appropriate approach and educating the client where appropriate on the recruitment lifecycle and the technology we use.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record within recruitment drawn from an RPO/MSP, agency or inhouse role. The ability to work both contract and permanent roles simultaneously is imperative. You will have experience working in fast-paced environment with volume recruitment and can demonstrate that you can work well under pressure. You will be dealing with senior stakeholders so excellent communication and organisational skills are a must
