We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a standalone HR Manager in their Oxford headquarters. You will provide operational support to the organisation as well as working closely with senior leaders to drive people strategy and process improvement. This is a full time opportunity with the majority of time to be spent in the Oxford office with occasional travel to other sites.
Your new role
As HR Manager, you will lead on all operational dotes across the business including recruitment and onboarding. You will work pro actively with line managers to analyse skills gaps and provide coaching and guidance. You will take responsibility for any ER casework, providing advice and expertise.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak to candidates with HR generalist experience. Previous HR Manager experience is not an essential in this role as this could be an excellent opportunity for a first step into a Manager position. You will have a positive attitude and the ability to form effective partnerships.
