The role is accountable for the delivery of innovative talent acquisition strategies to build the pipeline of talent and attract the best candidates, as well as drive the internal mobility and succession activity within the business

Description

The Talent and Resourcing Manager is a key role in the organisation, ensuring the recruitment of the best talent in the market through internal tracking and identification of internal colleagues, as well as the attraction and engagement of new talent into the business. The Talent & Resourcing Manager will manage the full talent cycle, embedding a strong culture of internal mobility and succession.

The role will partner with the wider HR team and senior operations teams to elevate the employer brand and raise awareness of the career opportunities in the industry.

The key responsibilities as the Talent and Resourcing Manager will include (but not be limited to):
  • Management of a small junior Resourcing team
  • Leading the team to deliver on talent and resourcing initiatives and projects
  • Budget setting and control throughout the yearReview and analysis of innovative candidate attraction strategies, 3rd party partnerships and ensuring appropriate resources and support for hiring managersPresenting and communicating labour market statistics to senior leaders and operations teams, alongside the organisational approach to overcome labour challengesCreation and implementation of employer brand strategiesContinuous improvement of marketing methods, used both externally and internally, raising the company profile and accompanying benefits Succession mapping and top talent identification across all levels to support internal mobilityManaging the Performance & Development and Talent Review processes across all divisions and levelsOwnership of the Talents system including upgrades and functional improvements and administration of the Talent Management websitePartnering with the apprenticeship provider to drive a healthy, innovative approach and growth of apprenticeshipsPartner with colleagues at Group Head Office for project implementation and to manage best practice across the GroupWork closely with the wider L&D team in providing development opportunities for identified talent to aid internal mobility & succession


Profile

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, with demonstrable experience in delivering Talent and Recruitment strategies, from implementing effective Employer Brand strategies to driving internal mobility activity

Ideally you will have experience in volume recruitment from multi-site environments with employees across all skill levels

Job Offer
