Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading 'blue chip' company based in Derby, to recruit TWO experienced Interim Senior Reward Analysts, initially for 4-6 months and likely to be extended.
Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, this role will support work on a Staff Pay Award project and will sit within a local team of six people, working as part of a larger team which are being brought in from around the business and externally to run the project.
Specifically, you will:
- Managing inputs to Annual Remuneration Reports
- Managing Annual Bonus schemes outturns / communications
- Manage all day to day queries on Pay, Benefits and Share plans
- Process manual amendments
- Pay reviews
Suitable applicants MUST HAVE knowledge of unionised agreements i.e. understanding of impact on pay, coupled with experience of implementing and project managing Pay Award. You will also possess knowledge of Reward bonus schemes and Benefit share & car schemes.
Advanced Excel skills are essential. Experience of using SAP and/or Workday would be a distinct advantage.
