Payroll Administrator -Junior Level - up to £35,000 - located in Kingston upon Thames area.

This role will be Hybrid with 3 days in the office.

My client is a leading Pharma & Healthcare Provider seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to work alongside a friendly and supportive Payroll team.

Whilst training is provided, this Payroller will be a quick learner, a team player and be able to hit the ground running !

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Payroll are processed to agreed deadlines
  • Processing Manual calculations for all payments
  • Preparing monthly payroll reports
  • Actioning all Permanent Amendment forms and other permanent data

Experince

  • Minimum 3 years solid payroll experience
  • Inhouse Payroll experience
  • Intermediate in Microsoft 360
  • Experience of Resource Link is highly desirable, but no essential
