Leading Wealth Management Firm.

Joining the business on a 12 Month FTC in a newly created role, you will be joining a Training and Competence Team to support on a variety of change projects. You will drive change, focussing on learning and continuous skill growth to support regulatory compliance. Working closely with HR, you will review end to end operational processes, manage training and competence data projects, review of systems with view of digitalising processes as well as supporting the design of early careers learning pathways.

The successful candidate, will have a background in Training and Competence gained within a financially regulated environment where you have had to ensure regulatory compliance with SMCR. Experience in a private client investment management business would be an advantage. You will have strong project management skills and be able to demonstrate a strong project methodology as well as supporting people development and growth as an end result of the project. Strong excel and reporting is also required. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month FTC working in London in a hybrid manner, working from the London office twice a week.
