Our clients is looking for HR Advisor - temp to join their Human Resources and Personnel team in Twickenham.

Client Details

Join a team of HR experts supporting small to medium businesses across Twickenham that offer flexible working hours and hybrid working.

Description

The successful candidate for the Temporary HR Advisor role based in Twickenham will be required to:

  • Respond to emails or calls, when consultants are with clients
  • Prepare HR documentation for our clients
  • Respond to emails, answering where possible and knowing when to pass to a consultant
  • To provide general administration support to the team and clients
  • Type up minutes and other file notes as required
  • Collate timesheets for the team on a monthly basis
  • Generate templates and maintain the document library
  • Maintain some basic excel data sheets, dependent on the client's requirements
  • Update Training documents and presentations where required
  • Occasional minute taking at client meetings
  • Support the team/clients with advert placement
  • Contact the client with information and co-ordinate recruitment activities
  • Present summary reports in association with the rest of the team detailing candidate activity, costs and help identify trends
  • Contact candidates complete initial check in regarding key data, and book interviews
  • Create and send any candidate information packs to those attending interviews
  • Apply for references on behalf of our clients

Profile

The successful candidate for the Tempory HR Advisor role will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to exercise effective judgement and sensitivity to changing needs and situations
  • Previous experience in HR
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Efficiency and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to deal calmly with challenging situations
  • Polite, respectful and courteous manner regardless of the situation
  • Good English in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to balance conflicting demands
  • The ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Immediately available
