Client Details
The client is based in Northampton
Description
As Senior HR BP/Head of HR, you will be responsible for;
- Partnering with SLT on site to provide effective HR service
- Ensure development and succession planning is in place to achieve strategic priorities
- Coach, guide and advise line managers on people related matters, particularly around performance
- Engage with Unions
- Manage small team
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience working with Unions
- Proven track record at Senior Management level within HR
- Experience working within a fast paced multi site environment, ideally from Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Industrial
- Exposure working with a diverse workforce
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- CIPD L7
