The Senior HR Advisor based in Camberley will be responsible for ER plans and implementing their policies and procedures. They will report into Finance Director and have day-to-day contact with Heads of Departments.

The client is an establishment which operates in the Legal industry based in Camberley.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Advisor will be to:

  • Prepare new HR policies and procedures, as well as implement them
  • Develop methods of employee retention
  • Manage relationships with employees in respect to disciplinary, grievance and performance management
  • Providing advise to HR teams and employees
  • Work with resourcing manager to recruit support staff for Legal teams
  • Collabing and assisting with recruitment
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships

Profile

The successful candidate for the Senior HR Advisor position will have:

  • Ability to build long lasting relationships
  • Analytical skills
  • Focused and organised
  • Legal sector knowledge preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience of effective preparation and delivery of workplace, HR and employment policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of HR and employment law procedures

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate based in Camberley will be:

  • Permanent full time role, Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to £35,000
  • Pension
