Are you looking for a new and exciting role?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be to be supporting a London based Insurance company as they look to recruit a full time, permanent Senior HR Administrator. 
This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience and in-depth knowledge of HR, looking for the next step in their career.
The salary will be up to £40k and comes with an opportunity to work remotely.
About the role
·This will be a busy administration role that will include:
oProcessing payroll data
oRecruitment, selection and talent attraction
oOnboarding of new staff
oOffboarding of leavers
oContract changes and processing offer letters to new recruits
oCoordinating staff inductions and initial training
oSupporting during simple to complex ER cases
oAdvisory responsibilities in the absence of the Head of HR
About you
·Workday (HRIS) experience would be advantageous
·Have proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating good organisational & administrative skills and attention to detail.
·MS proficient, with excellent MS Excel skills.
·Strong administrative skills
·Accuracy and attention to detail
·Excellent communication skills
·Positive and proactive attitude
·Strong HR knowledge and understanding
