3 month Assistant Director of HR role, for a Local Authority in London, paying £400-440 per day. ASAP start.


Your new company
You will be working as an Assistant Director of HR for a Local Authority in London. Reporting to the Executive Director of HR, the role is for 3 months, to cover whilst they recruit permanently. The role is full time, 5 days per week, with 1-2 days in the office per week. Day rates are £400 per day PAYE / £440 per day Umbrella (inside IR35, equivalent to £90,000 per annum).

Your new role

• Oversee HR functions of Transactional HR, Transformation and Pay and Grading - circa 15 staff
• Provide strategic leadership and development of the HR strategy and ensure high quality customer services to stakeholders and service users, in the provision of occupational health and wellbeing, transactional HR, policy, transformation, HR communications and managed information services.

What you'll need to succeed
