This role is a permanent opportunity working for a large scale and global professional services firm looking to recruit a Recruitment manager on a permanent basis to drive and recruit senior and executive talent across the organisation.

Client Details

Our client is a well known global professional services firm looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible in providing support for the Senior Hiring channel through, organising interviews and debriefs, arranging events and managing the virtual and in person interviews. Managing internal stakeholders and candidates through the whole process. Also being responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on their recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.

Description

  • Provide direct support to the Senior Hiring Recruiting Team in the London office
  • Take full ownership, with the support of the Junior Recruiters & Recruitment Manager, of life-cycle candidate management
  • Pro-actively leading the campaign administration in creating digital packs for internal briefing meetings as well as follow-up documents for debrief meetings
  • Manage relationships with the Sponsoring Partners for each search and those involved in the hiring process
  • Manage the relationship with the candidates in process end to end
  • Take ownership of candidate files consisting of the regular exporting process and uploading of CVs and database management in a timely manner
  • Take ownership of maintaining and updating several key files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as needed
  • Support with responding to Senior Hiring emails to the London Recruiting mailbox
  • Manage candidates attending the office in person for meetings and interviews
  • Assist in the preparation and attendance of recruiting events
  • Build direct relationships with agents and candidates as part of your network
  • Assist Head of Recruiting and Senior Hiring Team in any analysis or preparation for meetings with Managing Directors and Recruiting Leadership team
  • Work collaboratively with the Campus Team and International Recruiting team as and when required to build your skill set and learn more about the business
  • Support on ad hoc project work

Profile

  • Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential, working with Avature and Workday is preferable
  • The ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods
  • Pro-activity is key: taking the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working
  • Someone who is enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with the candidates
  • Able to manage a database and must be extremely effective in dealing with large amounts of information, work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • This is a busy role requiring the ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism
  • Candidates with experience within Professional Services or Financial Services sectors will take first preference
