The Opportunity
A commercially focused UK charity is currently recruiting for HR Officers/early Advisors
Permanent roles, can be remote anywhere in the UK
You will support the HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor in the delivery of a professional, high quality HR service to all directorates within their designated region and provide professional advice to managers and employees on the full range of HR matters
All interviews will be conducted via MS Teams
This will pay between £25.000 - £27.500 and benefits.
The Detail

Work with HR colleagues and the wider HR team to ensure that the services provided meet the needs of region
Provide professional advice and assistance to managers on misconduct and capability issues and act as the HR representative at designated disciplinary/capability meetings.
Proactively manage both long and short term sickness cases
Oversee the processes for DBS checks
Accurate and timely processing of maternity, paternity and adoption cases
Responsible for the checking of contracts of Employment and amendments
Undertake designated project work with or on behalf of the Regional HR Business Partner

Skills and Experience
You will have a good level of HR Generalist experience (more than HR Administration)
Sound communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal professionally, sensitively and tactfully with a range of ER situations
Sound generalist HR experience in advising managers on best practice HR approaches
Up to date UK employment law and legislation
Relevant UK experience is essential

CIPD qualification or studying towards it.
