We are seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team on a permanent basis based out of their Central Sheffield Offices, leading a small team supporting the UK business areas whilst supporting the Head of Resourcing on EMEA projects.

9Working with your dedicated business areas, you will support line managers and stakeholders by sourcing both proactive and through the use of agencies the best talent on the market, providing insight the market and utilising internal talent where possible. You will also work on true value add projects where you will work on process improvement, system enhancement (workday) and work wit the wider HR function with all Talent related projects. As the 'lead' within the team you will support the junior members of the team, acting as the SME for all Talent related enquires.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate;

  • Previous in house or agency experience of either leading or coaching others within a resourcing environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate attraction skills within a commercial environment
  • An eye for data and confident in using systems
  • Excellent relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and external agencies
