HR MANAGER

FULL TIME PERMANENT

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to make a major contribution to the College’s continued success.

The HR Manager leads and manages the work of the HR Department and provides advice, guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team and all staff across the College. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and will possess integrity, resilience and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent post, 36 hours per week throughout the year. The starting salary will be dependent on experience and will be in the range £35,041 to £36,770 per annum, inclusive of fringe area allowance (pay award pending).
