Share Plans Specialist (FTSE100 Company)
Frazer Jones are working with a FTSE100 international organisation who are seeking a Share Plans Analyst to join their Rewards team.
They are a leading international insurance and pension provider based in the heart of the City of London and you will be working on a flexible hybrid basis (one or two days in the office). You will be joining a well-respected and incredibly successful business who have recently undergone a global restructuring and realignment.
Joining as a Reward Analyst focussing on Share Plans for the group, you will be reporting to the Share Plans Manager for EMEA, and your main responsibilities will include;
- Support the Share Plans Manager with the management of all the employee share plans, and executive share plans
- Provide support across the other Group Reward areas such as global mobility, employment tax and executive remuneration
- Support and deliver on ad hoc projects as required
- Building and developing relationships within the reward community, advising and making recommendations on remuneration issues across the group
To be considered for this role you must have a solid background and demonstrable experience within global share schemes, as well as an understanding of employee share mechanisms and relevant taxation legislation. A familiarity with UK Corporate Governance / regulatory requirements is also required.
