An exciting opportunity has arisen in Leeds for an ER Analyst to join a thriving Employee Relations team.
Client Details
We have partnered with a Financial Services provider within the Not for Profit Sector, known for their excellent training programmes and great working environment. The client offer great benefits and flexible working.
Description
The role holder will be responsible for the development of relationships with employers, and offer advise on projects and schemes in order to maintain and further these relationships. You will also be responsible for handling personal data in line with the Data Protection Policies in place, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Profile
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with processes and procedures
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience of working within ER Analysis in a Financial Services environment would be beneficial
Job Offer
