Description
- End to end recruitment including pre-screening candidates, booking interviews, offer management etc
- Building solid relationships with stakeholders and line manage to set expectations on recruitment process and current market conditions
- Liaise with agencies where necessary
- Set up LinkedIn advertising and overhaul of careers website
- Provide reporting on recruitment data
- Identify areas for improvement
- Set clear processes around recruitment and on boarding

- End to end recruitment experience
- Creative thinker
- Able to manage high volume of roles at different levels
- Can work to a fast pace
- Support and lead various projects related to recruitment/onboarding/engagement/retention
