I am assisting my client with their search for an L&D manager who will join the business reporting to the senior L&D manager, supporting them with the delivery of the business' global learning and development strategy and leading on L&D initiatives that drive the firm's D&I ambitions
It will be your responsibility as the company's L&D manager to use your knowledge of adult learning theories, various training design approaches, and IT technologies to provide useful commercial L&D solutions.
The client is searching for a creative thinker that can develop fresh concepts to best engage and enhance the programmes.
While you would be expected to plan and execute some individualised training programmes in small groups or one-on-one settings, this is by no means a delivery-focused role.
It is crucial that the incumbent has proven Talent Development and /or Learning and Development expertise with the ability to build strong internal and external client relationships to influence stakeholder decision making and reinforce coaching and development culture within the organisation.
It would also be beneficial to have experience working within a city law firm or the wider professional services sector having worked in a global business executing a role with regional responsibility.
