HR Business Partner
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Preston (Hybrid working)
Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working once again with this highly successful financial services business in their search for a HR Business Partner.
Working closely with the other HRBP and the HR Director, you will partner with key stakeholders in the Group, getting involved in the people strategy and delivery of the people plan. This role requires an experienced individual who can hit the ground running. There will be an opportunity to support on various projects with wellbeing and employee engagement being high up on the agenda. Building strong relationships is key to this role, working with people at all levels of the business and spending time with the teams to nurture the relationship with HR.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
*Lead on the development of HR policies, ensuring they align with company values and culture
*Manage HR projects
*Implement new people strategies
*Manage complex ER cases
*Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to drive and maximise employee engagement and experience
*Implement effective performance and talent management initiatives
*Promote the brand as an employer of choice, both internally and externally
To be successful in this role you will need:
*Proven track record in the design and maintenance of people initiatives that have improved business growth and performance
*Good knowledge of employment law
*Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build quick and excellent relationships
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to push back when required
*CIPD level 5 minimum
Salary £40,000 per annum plus benefits. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days from home.
