Oakleaf has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a specialism in Reward, Compensation & Benefits. We are currently working with retail property client in the search for a Reward Advisor. This role is primarily focused on compensation, benefits, and MI activities but due to the small size of the team, the person will be involved on an ad hoc basis in other areas of HR. The role is focused on the UK population of the business.
The Reward Advisor responsibilities will include:
- Lead on compensation activities including: Salary benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluations, annual pay and bonus review
- Work closely with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting
- Produce HR MI reports through the Workday system and provide insights
- Lead on Gender Pay Gap reporting
- Support benefits renewals
- Benefits administration using the Darwin benefits system
- Ad hoc outsourced payroll support and reporting when required
- Ad hoc support on mobility and immigration matters
- Ad hoc generalist responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business including, HR, Finance, and Managers
What you must have:
- Strong experience in Reward, Compensation, and Benefits is essential
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting
- Strong understanding of HR systems and Excel
- Experience in HR MI reporting and insights
- Understanding of payroll and generalist HR desirable but not essential
- Comfortable working with a small and close knit team, picking up ad hoc tasks when required
