Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Assistant

Morgan Philips are hiring an exciting new role for our London based client (hybrid working available). The Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Assistant will work with the Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Global Sustainability Lead to help deliver the firm's Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability Strategies. In particular, they will assist with organising and promoting Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability activities, work closely with Diversity and Inclusion Employee Networks and Sustainability Communities across their international offices to organise a regular programme of events, and lead on communications campaigns that help build awareness and engagement in initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to help drive forward two global initiatives that are facilitating positive change within our firm. Both of which are central to their aims of further developing our inclusive working culture and ensuring that they have a positive impact on the communities in which they operate. This a new role, with scope for the successful candidate to help shape its development over time.

This role could suit someone straight out of university with an interest in both areas and possibly a period of work experience in one, or a college leaver with perhaps a year or two in HR or similar where they would have had exposure to one or both areas.
