What you will need to Succeed
With previous experience as a strategic business partner and effective at business partnering by culturing relationships and acting as a point of contact to strategically resolve problems. You will need experience working in a complex global matrix and supporting L&D teams to ensure people are equipped with the relevant skills. You must have the ability to work with the key stakeholders to develop robust resourcing and succession plans. You will be available on short notice (they can wait up to one month).
