HR Systems Analyst

We are thrilled to be partnering with an incredible organisation who are looking to appoint an HR Information Analyst. Working closely with the HR team, you will provide analytical metric and reporting support that falls across the whole HR function.

Your new role

As an HR Information Analyst, you will extract, analyse, produce and deliver both schedules and ad hoc HR data and management information for stakeholders. You will develop a suite of HR data that is appropriate and meaningful, that demonstrates focus and volumes via dashboard technology which can be shared to drive organisational development.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking to speak to candidates with HR generalist experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to implement technical solutions to solve business issues, alongside holding Advanced Excel skills. You will be CIPD level 3 qualified and have experience using enterprise-level HR information systems.
